    Hokey Smokes~!!

This is beginning to feel like a ‘Rocky & Bullwinkle’ episode.

Try reading the narration in the voice of William Conrad.

Who received B.O.’s payments? Mr Jarman?

This seems like a more serious problem than the haunting.

There is clearly no highway going over the house right now even if there used to be at certain times in the past. You can also see the greenhouse next door on the left of the first frame.

Poltergeists siphon off mortgage payments too?

Neil Wick: I noticed that, too (no bridge)! The picture Ray Toler shared showed that Bob Oscar’s house was clearly under the bridge. Furthermore, it looks like lots of debris around the property. Demolition in progress? That might explain the “haint” noises. (And the bankers may explain the demolition)

Oh boy… let me guess, B.O. made all his payments in cash.

Not explained is what many have said, which is that Bob Oscar received his home from Diet Smith, sans mortgage!

I’ll bet they’re all paid up, the bank is making a mistake, but they’ll seize the house anyway (because banks are apparently allowed to do that without even going through legal channels).

Or someone at the bank is scamming foreclosures to cover up their embezzlements.

Sounds to me like the bank examiners have been asleep at the wheel. Does the MCU have jurisdiction in bank shenanigans? Even bank robberies are Fritz Ann’s turf.

In the past year, they’ve referenced Donald Trump’s campaign for president and the attacks on Jewish Cemeteries. Are they commenting on the Welles Fargo scandal now?

Perhaps Sunnyvale Acres is being set up to be turned into a franchise for the new hotel chain for lower-middle income Americans the Trump brothers want to start.

Mr. DeMio looks like a parody paragon of Big Banking, though we do not know that Paragon is big; it may be a local/regional bank of more modest size. But, however it has come about that B.O. has a mortgage, the possibility looms large that he is in fact, as I put forward as a hypothetical yesterday, in danger of foreclosure. No doubt Tracy will in due course be implored to discover what went amiss with the payments (and then Fritz Ann may be called in). But for now we are still in the very early stages of set-up for the main thrust of this arc, whatever that turns out to be….

Have we ever heard of B.O. paying his income taxes? I want to see his tax returns for the last 10—oh wait…. LOL
