    the faster they go – the more mistakes they will make. They won’t fix this until the wrong person is killed because of a sloppy process around the death penalty.

    With the possible exception of treason,mentioned in the Constitution, there’s no harm in eliminating the death penalty. As many spend more than two or more decades on “death rows” awaiting “Justice”, life without parole is crueler in many cases, and does prevent recidivism, and doesn’t kill innocent people. We don’t need to emulate North Korea, or other vile regimes. (Let alone out “perform” them on incarcerations and executions.)
