can a plastic, inflatable kiddy pool melt in hot water?
If it is too hot for the plastic, it would be too hot for Alix.
I get the feeling that the water she originally put in it was freezing so she added just enough hot water to bring it to a nice bath temperature.
What happened to the days when Alix would just run a hose into the house and hook it up to the hot water faucet?
Already too warm here for a hot tub! But YOU GO, Alix!
Does she take a bath as readily?
When your parents can’t afford a hot tub, you improvise, it’s what you do.
How to get a warm spot, without having to pee.
However, I would advise her not to run with her tongue out, and carrying a teapot of scalding hot water.
Seems Alix doesn’t realize that there’s a garden hose connection on the water heater. It would save her the running back and forth and the waiting for the water to heat in the kettle.
I used to do the same thing for my kids when they were little.
I found that by the time you heated another kettle of water, the first had cooled down to room temperature. not worth it.
Two more months and we get to love August.
