Adam had a great chance to praise Katie for her kindness and hospitality, but he got defensive instead. 2nd panel would have gone a lot better if he would have said, “Why thank you Katie, that is very nice of you. MMM, that is the best imaginary tea I have ever had.” Then explain to her why there is no need to be worried. Then open up a file of contacts and previous employees, and do the work that gets the work.
