Charles, that is absolutely untrue! Not to mention staggeringly unChrisitian. We visited several thousand year old churches in the UK that have low doorways for just the reason Gabby pointed out.
Obviously she knows a lot more about Christianity than you know about Islam. It might help if you did some reading.
