    And DNA doesn’t mean too much. I was lucky enough to reconstruct a big chunk of my family tree back 2000 years in some cases and back to about 1100BC in one branch. So, yes, You’d find Vikings. But they became Normans who became English who became Welsh who became Virginians. And Frankish blood. That was Frankish general of the Roman army whose father became a Roman consol and whose descendants became Clovis I and Charlemagne. So what do you make of the genetics. Not much.
