I hope that Joel arrives on the scene soon. His wisdom and insight would be most helpful. Also, Chip is a Physician’s Assistant. He is not properly addressed as “Dr.” but then again, with Rufus….. you get what you get. The wattage of his bulb has always been limited, but without Joel to structure and guide him, it is nearly a wattage of zero.
