Consecutive hours!
I’ve been told that I’m asleep before my head hits the pillow. That’s a slight off base. I’m asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. Lol.
Aunty, more than 8 hours will cut into your boozing time. It’s about choices.
I usually get about 11 hours of “sleep” a night.
Why not go for a coma.
