Come on Betty, don’t insult him by re-doing the chores he so nicely offered to do for you. The least you could do is wait a day or so to it over so you’re not insulting him. And let him help with more chores so he can feel useful. Even if he doesn’t do the chores up to your standards, at least give him the dignity of feeling like he’s needed and wanted.
this is funny because it is a mistake so many women make. Let go of a few missed spots in favor of a good relationship…except maybe for the sweaters he shrunk in the drier yesterday
This sadly happens. Sometimes you do have to go back and redo the job because he didn’t do it up to your standard. But golly Betty don’t do it in front of him! Sneakily do it after he leaves the house. Sometimes you have no choice especially with dishes. My husband doesn’t get dishes clean so I have no choice but to rewash them but I do it when he’s left the room or gone out.
