Sounds like my neighbor. He has AT&T to his place every other month because his router changed the password for email. The guy just nods his head and replaces the router.
Someone upgraded a key program and everyone’s scrambling to put things right again. I hate upgrades. It always seems to turn out to my detriment. I spend considerably less time online now due to changes that took away my access to things I enjoyed.
