Perhaps the “world-wide conspiracy” against the American “Conservatives” began when the other Conservatives around the world accepted science, accessible education through college level for all, climate change, separation of church and state, caring for the poor and elderly, battling inequity, and all the other things that American “Conservatives” find objectionable. It’s no wonder that the president wants a wall - followed by a bubble? -- to safeguard the “Conservatives” against the conspirators.

No landslide in receiving fewer votes but squeaking through by having carefully disenfranchised a million legal voters. It’s certainly not a path to popularity.

The republicans point to Gabrielle Giffords being shot as the reason they won’t hold town meetings. She says that they should man up and meet their constituents.

They are angry because they might not get all those Gubberment goodies they have been taking and to which they know in their heart they are entitled. Never mind that every one of those gimmees came at the expense of another American or Americans who had to pay the taxes so that they don’t have to earn their own living.

    It makes me sick.

Not that they protest – That is every American’s God given right. But that they are violent and thuggish. They are acting like Children.

MEPHISTOPHELES, I tend to see it the other way around. So many rich Americans, who have taken advantage of all America has done for them and helped them to make their money are not willing to share their good fortune with citizens that are less advantaged than them. Many cheat their fellow Countrymen by cheating on their taxes. Some businessmen have devised ways to not pay any taxes at all, leaving the rest of us to pay for the government and infrastructure the cheaters take advantage of to make their fortunes. One of those, who has received so much from his Country and does not contribute in kind, is our current President.

If they went to Washington to represent their constituents instead of money interests, they would not have to deal with this. They are putting party above the country, so the voters are letting them know to DO. THEIR. JOBS.
