I might have heard of Granville T. Woods in school, but none of the others. Most scientists of color I learned about on my own, as I had with most black historical figures. You can’t teach about everyone of course but it is more to Black history than just Booker T. Washington, George Washington Carver and Martin Luther King Jr.
