I live in a very windy part of the world and have often contemplated rigging up something like this. Until I turn a corner or have to go underneath an overpass.
As Germany discovered when it scaled back it’s nuke plants in favor of wind and solar power generation the wind don’t always blow and the sun don’t always shine. Lots of over credentitaled and under smart people don’t really understand the world doesn’t fit to our wishes.
