The best laid plans of mice and men…well Dr. Dark is a man and yet so much more. If life was a chess match he would see 50 moves ahead while most others would be lucky to see 10 moves ahead and be correct. He is really wrong rarely. He can see many levels of detail that are generally missed. Even among the smarter of normal humans he out classes them in detail orientation of his swiftly calculating mind. Which was busy locating hackers and crackers who wanted to make good money and have interesting hard problems to crack. Dark wants a group that could best any one in the USA or Russia or China. Bar none. Some of his smartest homonculi will also be there, but they are just not enough. He needs real people to operate it. Humans have what even his homonculi do not. They have imagination. The Dark Web had possibilities, and lots of FBI snares.
I didn’t find a Three Sisters Bookshoppe near Carmine and Bleecker, but there is “New York Psychic” half a block south on Bleecker across from Father Demo Square. There is a Sister’s Uptown Bookstore in New York but it’s on Amsterdam Avenue.

A mysterious phone call brings Annie and Santiago to …
The Three Sisters Bookshoppe
May I help you, Dear?
Yeh! The moon is full!
Of course it is. One moment please!
It is the courier, sisters! She utters the correct phrase!
Then give her the box, sister!
Here you are, dear. Hail the Revolution! Power to the oppressed! Down with America!
Right, you bet! Okiedoke, we’ll just run along.
Nice place you got here! Three sisters, huh?
Why, yes! We’re the Sunshine Sisters! Flora, Fauna, and Rainbow. I’m Rainbow!
Good for you! Well, have a nice day!
Death to the western swine!
Some sweetheart, huh!
Like to give here a swat!
Whatever’s in this package, Annie, I’m betting it can’t be very patriotic!
I think we better call the FBI, Amelia!
