I suppose you will miss a president that you can make up scandals about. now that you have a president you have to pretend doesn’t have any scandals. Don’t try and be clever, Democrat bad and Republican good. Don’t look at his lies, or conflicts of interest or his links to Russia or his help taking the White house. just keep saying there are no scandals, i’m sure they’ll go away. It is not like he is a Clinton.
All Presidents tread some rough roads. That’s why we elect tough-minded, high-minded (usually) problem solvers. Please compare the potholes you identified to what the last President left us : a war in Afghanistan and a war in Iraq, on the heels of 9/11 .. a crashed economy .. 45 million Americans without health insurance .. torture and Guantanamo Bay .. FEMA .. housing crisis .. deregulation of banks which then had to be bailed out. ..And our next President, based on his promises, looks to challenge the ineptitude of our last President. To quote Old Coal, “Pass the popcorn.”
