On some of those cold days, I have covered up just like Ben, and the sunglasses were OK for about one minute before they fogged up from my breath. So it is either walk blind or get blinded by the “brightness”. I ended up just shading my eyes with my hand.
I can see bank tellers getting nervous if he walked into a bank looking like that, but with some of the weather we had earlier this month, that is a sensible way to dress. Cops would not arrest you for it.
