Of course it’s not a truck. Ruckus was a dune buggy (…although, actually, his more recent toy IS a truck…).

Closest to a brawl, but more of a disturbance or a commotion. e.g. “Politicians and their cults have been making a ruckus for the past eighteen months. I sure wish they’d hush!”
