I am told that one of the most popular TV programs in a Nordic Country (Finland?) is a program that live streams a fire place. The program includes commentary on when, where and how, logs should be placed on the fire.
While mind numbing from our perspective, this is better than 95% of the drivel that passes for programing in the US.

Love it! the Fireplace is the focal point of our living room. The TV is off in a corner – inside a cupboard.
