I liked the country better before it was about to be run by a narcissistic megalomaniac.

It’s not winning about an HRC loss. It’s trying to shine a light on a PEOTUS who wants to restart a nuclear arms race while appointing rasist and bigoted billionaires and climate chai get deniers to his cabinet while taking advantage of his political position to line his own pockets.

I was “never-Trump” but the quality of his appointments, excluding Treasury and Commerce, has been excellent. I now have hope for true recovery from the Obama years, both geo-political and economic.

In the meantime, incoming-President Tweeter will distract the small minds by yelling “squirrel” every 15-20 minutes, giving his appointees time and maneuvering room to eliminate wide swaths of useless government.

I have about given up reading the comics. Wrote off Doonesbury some time ago. Tired of the whiners and their cohorts.

Running for office in the US has “ALWAYS” been about lining your pockets. The first lot ran so they could get the lucrative printing contracts.

What are you guys whining about, this is the best Christmas present ever for cartoonists. You couldn’t make up the stuff that will be coming out of the White House or Trump Tower.

Any bets that he wants his name on the White House in Rhinestones with lasers?

We are getting rid of the 3 Stoogeclowns (Bo, Joe & Mo) and we avoided having the Wicked Witch take over. Gonna be a great 4 or 8 years…

You Trumpsters seem to love the word snowflake. You know what you get when you have all the snowflakes that didn’t vote Trump ? A blizzard and it’s coming back with a vengeance

Nyet comrade safe space brothers. Remember, negotiations start with the intent to ask for more than you want, then settling for what you need. Keep your opponent off balance and guessing your next move and not draw a red line everyone knows you will not honor. Wakey, wakey out there: Trump is maneuvering to put America in a prime position to make success a reality for the people who built the infrastructure, pay taxes and don’t “Harry Reid” America up for the next generation. He hasn’t even been sworn in so how can you criticize anything. “Man up”, respectfully watch and lend a hand where possible: that is the type American we need now, not whiners.

Poor widdle T Lewis and Michael Fry aren’t happy with what the American people decided. So they moan and groan and have their characters do the same. Pathetic!

Well if some comic strip writers don’t watch it they may lose readers quicker than they were before.

Y’know, if you political types could get your heads out of muck-and-mire politics, you’d see that this ‘toon is a satirical comment on life in general. This fits, and ain’t necessarily political. But, like beauty, I guess it’s in the eye of the beholder.

I save a lot of these strips but this one can fade into history. I’m not saving anything that has that Beast’s likeness in it.

Part of the Republican bigotry campaign. Originally a pejorative against a black who was an educated professional, it was replaced by “play white” then ‘“Oreo”. Going on the “no two alike” myth, it was relabeled by role-playing gamers for one who wanted their character too unique for the rules to allow, and then to one who wouldn’t goose-step in line with the neo-fascists.

Just realized this is a great cartoon. Particularly, at times like these when we have our writers/artists functioning like lightening rods. What’s cool is when the readers can have a furry picture drawn for them, too. It’s as if they often pluck the very times out of the air and then manage to poetize it …succinctitize it; the humor part of it is the gravy.
