Trump is turning the Washington swamp into the digester at the sewer plant. Almost every appointment is a person out to destroy the agency or department he’s handing them. Mine wast contaminates a lot of waterways, major blowouts aren’t even that rare, EPA doesn’t cause them. BTW, as an environmental coordinator for several decades, I’ve written and reviewed lots of categorical exclusions, environmental assessments, and Environmental Impact Statements under NEPA, going from simplest to most complex reviews.
Nuking the EPA with nominee will be tragic, even for those investors who might see THEIR OWN KIDS killed by some of those contaminating agents EPA monitors, and industry denies producing.
