During the “Arab oil embargo”, I had occasion to drive between BC and Texas, through four major and countless minor oil fields. Despite the “awl bidness” claiming that all pumps were going around the clock, there were the same percentage of the muleheads running as before (and after). The standard joke of the time was that it would end when all storage space was filled and apparently it did.

I was working at the Vancouver Maritime Museum and found an annual summary from Lloyds List and Shipping Report. (The have daily, weekly, and monthly versions listing ships commissioned and wrecked, the daily and weekly Report lists where every merchant ship in the world is, origin and destination, and cargo.) Yes, this is the noted reinsurance Lloyds of London. It reported more oil was shipped from Persian Gulf ports to the US during the “boycott” than the same period in the previous year. Yet, Canada could only get OPEC oil from Venezuela and Nigeria – neither Arab countries.

Two points: 1. How do we know about NPP? We operate under nom de web here and how would one check? Do trolls even have races? Humans sure don’t have any pure ones. The fact that my great grandmother was cheated out of her birthright under the Dawes Commission genocide does not make me any less part Cherokee. 2. Since my birth in 1933, I have known a sizeable number of Uncle Toms. If he is actually human and not a troll (just acts like one), he sure fits that category on the key chart.
