My mother often used to remark that anyone, who calls names and often criticizes, is “just looking in a mirror.” I saw both candidates “look in the mirror” a lot during this election campaign. Regrettably, “None of the Above” does not count as a “valid vote.” It should, and whichever candidate gets the most votes should still win, but, if more than half the voters voted “None of the Above,” They should not lie about the “winner” having a mandate.
This brings to mind one of my own political “tenets”. Whatever one political party or candidate is accusing its opponent(s) of doing is exactly what it is doing itself…
