Reminds me of another (real) person who was happy that everything on his medical evaluation was “positive” because he is “positive”.
It’s always good to have a ‘designated’ scapegoat. However, it is better to rotate the title around to keep everyone on their toes.
In real life the scapegoats are not told that they are scapegoats.
If you can’t find the scapegoat it is probably you.
