Oh, please. The only reason the US government pretends to care about Cuban human rights abuses is because Castro refused to act as the US government’s puppet after we helped train and arm his fighters. Plenty of governments around the world are accused of human rights abuses. The US government is happy to ignore it so long as that government remains a puppet of the US.
Lester, if you don’t like the freedoms in the US, then why don’t you leave? That seems to be the answer from your supporters like John Locke. Personally I find it appalling that too many protesters, including the NFL player, didn’t vote.
Flag burning is prescribed by law (commonly known as The Flag Code). With a lot I’ve seen (stripes reduced to streamers, tatters extending to the field so there are only six stripes left, etc.), it is all I can do to not sneak up some dark night and give it a proper cremation. If enacted by the Trump junta, you can be punished for obeying the law.

So, is Lester celebrating our ability to openly criticize our government or wishing Colin Kaepernick could be put in front of a firing squad?

First Amendment rights are just for Republican views, especially the H8ful fact free kind so well expressed by Trump and Breitfardt.

Read. TRUMP’s tweets on protests and jail or losing citizenship, the fireing squads aren’t far behind his rhetoric.
