When my first child was 2 months old, I put him down on an ottoman to change him, turned away, and he rolled off. I was frantic, thinking “I broke the baby!” and called the doctors. Of course you get the exchange and they have to call you back, so I called my mom. She said “Did he cry right away? Are his pupils the same size? Do you feel any bumps?” When the doctor finally called he asked “Did he cry right away? Are his pupils the same size? Do you feel any injuries?” I yelled at him “I just heard all that from my mother!”
