A friend of mine was practicing pool at the local bar when someone came up and challanged him to a game. He agreed and the other player gave him the break. For the first (and only) time in his life he managed to line up every shot from the break and cleared the table without giving the other guy a single shot. Later he found out that the guy who challanged him was the local pool shark, but when my friend managed to clear the table like that he figured he was the one being hustled and no matter how many times my friend tried to tell him that the game had been pure luck he never played my friend again, in fact every time he saw my friend enter the bar he’d pack up his cue stick and leave.
