Many dumb criminals have been caught because they stupidly posted incriminating things on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter. This instance was just a matter of happenstance!
“Social Media Monitor” – I wonder if that is a thing in real life police work. It would make sense in today’s world, but how would it work, exactly? How would the cops instruct the program to look out for Selfy? They had his name, but the kids who posted the zoo video had no idea who he was, so it couldn’t have been accomplished with a word search. Are there programs sophisticated enough to search for images? If it is just random, someone would have to monitor the monitor 24-7. Very interesting.
Looks like Selfy is going to go down due to too much ironic media exposure. That will take some of he pressure off the MCU and maybe even briefly placate Mayor Armstrong.
Meanwhile, there are still plenty of other directions in which the MCU might next go. We still aren’t sure who has been trying to communicate telepathically with Mysta, whether it was Posie or not….
