I had a greyhound who would insist on going for a walk when it was raining and then turn back as soon as we got out from under the eaves. Rain wasn’t real until it was on her face.
Our Brandy would see it was raining and give us the “I can wait look”…she DID NOT like the rain, too bad I didn’t know about leashes with umbrella’s back then, might of helped

Our dog does not like the rain unless she is hunting then it just does not matter :-)

Pepper doesn’t mind muddy water up to her belly, but let it be falling in droplets and she is a couch potato.

My 2 don’t like water but likes baths….Go figure also wont put tush on the wet or damp grass….The fun of dachound and beagel
