If there were a god and that god was in agreement with the teachings of Christ, then he’d be questioning pretty much everyone’s votes. Neither candidate really cares about helping others who don’t pay them. The Trump family is under investigation for using their charitable foundation to purchase things for themselves in violation of the laws governing tax exempt charities. While the Clinton Foundation has done a lot of good work around the world, the big dollar donations were primarily given because of the influence peddling the Clintons have engaged in.

Obviously, Jesus never has forgiven St. Peter for denying him 3 times. That’s why he’s on duty outside the gates of heaven for as long as needed. So, that should be a clue as to the standards inside.
