Unfortunately, that is a Utopian view. Sometimes violent or bullying persons have to be retaliated against in a like manner. That is all that they understand-violence & intimidation. Can’t keep ignoring persons like that forever. It simply emboldens those persons to more of the same, until they have to pay the consequences. Lately, the nastier a person is, is seems like their are no consequences.
