I agree with you there Fred……..Sometimes I walk twice a day……..Winston Churchill also walked every day me thinks he said it helped him think or clear his head :-)
I walk the dogs twice a day; it’s great exercise for my right arm.

This is one time Fred’s on a leash.
During last Sunday’s speed dating, Fred did say he likes to go on walks. It’s good to see Fred enjoy himself.
