Ms Summers: I see you were born in 1971 which would mean your parents probably graduated in the 1968 time range.If they look as old and frumpy as the folks depicted here, I feel sorry for them. These folks look closer to 80 than 65.and as others have noted, break-dancing was nowhere on the horizon while the Twist was more than a decade old.most of the comments here are funnier and way more on point.

Hey, I’m class of ’68. Some of us are retired, but those folks look more like class of ’58.

They didn’t Break-Dance in 1968. We listed to Eric Burdon, Donovan, Janis and Jimi, and smoked weed.
