But won’t all of those family values morality voters vote against it?

Buzz the Cat says; Buy Maple Leaf. I once ate my weight in bacon while on a buzz. And buy Post cereal, Nestle and Cadbury (that’s my human’s munchies).

Actually the first sensible step IS for the feds to take marijuana of the Schedule I list, as it’s not a narcotic. Second would be to drop the war on drugs and make it the medical treatment program for REAL narcotic addiction. It would help to stop the pill pushing by big pharma, on the streets, AND on Television/advertising. Everyone should pick their doctors and drugs from ads in “Golf Digest”. Maybe that’s where the “war on drugs” originated? Nope, that was Readers Digest, in the 1940’s.

^I’ve been drunk at times, I’ve been stoned at times.

I’m not proud whenever the wrong person (i.e; a child, a parent, a boss) sees me when I’m on either booze or pot but I have made less mistakes on pot than drunk.

Still, there is a time for it.

^ I know it’s easy to bash someone else’s pleasure, but I odn’t get why people smoke. It’s smoke that doesn’t even give you a high.

i’ll say it again, legalize smoke and prostitution !

let the government control it and use the money to get us out of this hole we’ve dug for ourselves.

neither one is ever going to go away (like prohibiton on alcohol), so why not make money at it ???????

Well, the question is which one earns more money and political brownie points - taxing it or making hay “being tough” on it.
