Evie your fantastic. Wish my own mom had your attitude. Sister and my mom is 85 starting to slow down and getting all types of different small health problems Dr. can treat with med’s. I look for her to live a long time. Looks like spam is here to stay:( I will continue to flag.

Fiji is wonderful. My DD just left it and loved it…especially away from the tourist area. Friends of ours are living there on a mission and absolutely love it.

Arsmall, if Evie was frail they would not be shocked by her dying but because she is healthy it isn’t something they think about or need to. They KNOW it will happen, but they don’t WANT it to. Their father died so they know death and how much it hurts to miss a loved one. They need Evie to live during these growing up years, she’s their stabilizer, their rock.

I just LOVE my digs in AZ and hope to continue med free well into my 80s- making and eating really healthy foods! Go- Edie (and Frau Kiesl too)! I just need to make a little more $ to keep up on home repair because I don’t want my kids to feel that they need to help. I’ll be 73 end of this month, working out and baking today and enjoying a wonderful view outside my patio.

God, Fairport Fan, say it ain’t so. Besides, all those old folks will be dead before that 9 Chickweed story ends. 9 Chickweed rivals the old soap opera comics for how slowly it tells a story.
