and what are you trying to imply? that the WTC buildings were sabotaged?
my proposed analysis (pretty conventional…): there were many floors above where the planes hit. the fires weakened the steel on the levels where the planes hit. once one vertical support gave way, its absence overloaded other (already weakened) vertical supports on the same level. the weight of the essentially intact upper portion of the building above caused the entire level to collapse (“pancake”).
now that the upper structure has fallen about 3 m (about 10 feet) the momentum collapses the weakened beams of the next level down, and so on. after a few floors collapse in this manner, it has reached the unweakened lower levels, but the momentum is so overwhelming that it collapses them too, and the process continues until it reaches the basement.
^Those feelings haven’t been translated into law, yet, or maybe they never will. But the pain is there. It may be not politically correct to show it, but some time, it will blow.
It is building up. It is fed by Coulter, Beck and Limbaugh who think those things should be done. They are not done, that makes even more frustration.
It will not explode before things get bad economically (I mean, worse than now). In those days, people need scapegoats.
And if there is Islamophobia, I don’t think it will come in the form o laws but rather assaults or riots. Not unlike the actions of the KKK in the 1930s.
Don’t you know the government is not the only entity that can kill people?
I found that idea in Mein Kampf too, the idea that the right race is too tolerant, too wimpy, while the “asian hordes”have less scrupules and wouldn’t have the same hesitation to kill people.

Non-American cartoons shown here are often posted here several days after initial publication in their own papers.

@human -
where did you study structural engineering?

We can’t possibly forget that day.
Yet someday it will drive America insane.
Damned if you forget. Damned if you don’t.
