Absolutely correct, Joel. I know a bunch of those guys in chairs or on prosthetics, from several of our wars(my injuries less severe, but disabling). WE all agree he absolutely has the RIGHT to his speech, and format for it!
BTW; tell those folks with tattered flags on their car antennas to take them off and burn them, following flag protocol. And also, don’t wear clothing made from the flag design.

I agree, but FYI, Vietnam was started on lies, the first gulf war was about oil, Afghanistan was started on lies, Iraq was started on lies, Libya and Syria are just extensions of phony wars fought for a greedy military-industrial complex. I am a Vietnam era veteran and I agree whole heartedly with Marine General Smedley Butler. War Is A Racket. Old men start wars, Wall Street profits from wars and our young men and women die in these wars. Only in Amerika.
