I hear that his neighbors are less than happy with him! Nothing like having a rapist in the neighborhood.

At least none of his swimmers got through. In some states, a woman is forced to carry her rapist’s child, and then allow him visits. Life sentence.

When criticized for saying I didn’t support the death penalty for rape, I pointed out that if my wife or daughter were raped, I’d prefer to “fix” the individual so he woke every morning for the rest of his life, praying to be allowed to die.

The judge seemed typical of “conservative” Justice, like Sharia actually, or many others using Leviticus, who state it’s obviously the woman’s fault for being raped, or getting pregnant. Yes, alcohol, the drug of choice btw; can lead to women saying they didn’t intend to have sex, and were forced, but “next day regret” often doesn’t go into who provided the booze either.

This dude is an obvious creep.

I don’t think there are any states that currently require that, though there are countries that do (http://www.mediaite.com/online/11-year-old-rape-victim-forced-to-give-birth-to-rapists-baby-lives-through-delivery/. There are states here where Republicans are trying to make that the norm, notably Florida and Wisconsin, among others. There are 31 states that allow rapists to sue for custody and visitation rights, if the mother herself is against abortion and chooses to have the baby.

It’s the only thing the GOP can get stirred up about sometimes. People dying of mosquitoes? Not worth coming to work for, but they’ll stick a poison pill onto an emergency bill so they can blame someone else for their inaction.

It could be worse. In some countries like Egypt, they lock the women up to “protect” them from being killed by family for being despoiled. REALLY-look it up.
