When you post, don’t whine and bleat. Instead, bring substantive, fact-based, rational discourse into the debate. Aside from whatever we might think about Mr. Payne’s content, it appears to me that Mr. Payne is one of the more prodigious artists on GC.This is a rare thoughtful cartoon. I, for one, would like to see more of this from Mr. Payne.

Looks like Henry took Labor Day off.
