The FDA has been BANNED in LEGISLATION written by mostly REPUBLICAN Congresspersons and Senators from restricting or punishing these corporations that rip people off. Just as Medicare has been banned by REPUBLICAN legislation additions in “must pass” legislation from negotiating drug prices. BTW, going back to Reagan, regulations (not laws) passed or altered during Republican adiministrations have likewise turned the Wall Street foxes loose in the hen house, and oil companies in charge of leasing policies and safety.
Reading the “Federal Register” for years, seeing what regulations were actually being proposed and passed over the last 40 years is a real eye opener.Same for budgets; where under Reagan one of my favorites was millions to study the airworthiness of the F-100, when no military or Guard unit had flown them in over a decade or two!!
Mylan is far from being the worst offender, more like status quo.
Ya gotta love the 1% monopolists. Mylan jacks the price 1000% and after outrage, the same monopolistic company offers a generic pen for 1/2 Price of $300 for the same thing people can buy in Australia for $40. Make sure you send a letter to your congressmen who have created the laws that make these AHoos possible who have also paid the congress men to vote.
