Much worse than a dog poo bag… but I’ve seen it too.
For a while I lived next to an apartment complex where someone would throw diapers over the fence. I put up a trellis and grew pyracantha 10’ high.
I think it’s time to move to a new neighborhood.
When I walk in my neighborhood park, I’ll always take a plastic garbage bag with me, to pick up trash.
Where are they walking that they come across bags of dog poo and used diapers just lying there?
