So much material around these days eh. Don’t know how you kept out of the game so long.

“The new latte”? Are they that overpriced?

“Flounder fanny flakes?”“No, thanks. Trying to cut down.”

“Flounder fanny flakes?”“Does it? No wonder flounders always look so uncomfortable.”

When I’m at an airport I ask for plain coffee and hope for the best. I only want some caffeine, not a lesson in gibberish.

I prefer my coffee to be like Whoopie Goldberg:

Smoothies. The new, fancy, higher-priced substitute for fruit-flavored milkshakes.But maybe toss in a few veggies, too, as a sop to the health-food fanatics….

On the odd occasion that I order an exhorbitantly overpriced drink at Starbucks, it is always a Cafe Mocha (hot in the winter and iced in the summer). That’s enough for me.

I mumble “short drip, that’s it” and hope..

I had a bad experience with a coffee flavored Slim Fast shake (I thought it was chocolate), and now I find the smell of coffee nauseating.

Oh go ahead and have the flounder fanny flakes!! You only live once, Opus.
