Yeah Grandma! Just make sure they can’t take refuge next door, including on Aunt Joan and Uncle Wally’s wifi signal outside…

I’ve had to break the wifi connection to get my sister to do what I’ve asked her to do before, and I only do it when nothing else works.

Looks like with the new once-a-week format, certain things are going to be left up to the readers to intuit from clear implication – obviously, Evie and her husband have moved back, or are having a summer visit, from South Africa, and no story is to be written about that, because it wouldn’t fit into the new Sunday strip format. They have to be one-off gags with no more continued stories. I actually think Jan is doing a good job putting a lot of content into only one strip a week.

That’s another way to get everyone’s attention for a family meeting — unplug the router ;)

reminds me of the commercials about gstting your kids active where the mother cuts the power to the house in the middle of the kids video game.

I wonder when my older grandson (9) will be given a mobile phone….so far his parents have held off…but I believe all his cousins have them plus tons of video games. Kids nowadays are missing out on a LOT!
