    Two things:

That explains why we never see Mona’s dad. It also explains why she had to settle for a stuffed bunny who was “brought to life” by her oldest brother as a replacement father figure.

Yeah, it’s amazing no one questions why Pierre is still here after nearly 6 years. He could have contacted his consulate and had a replacement passport and ID in days or weeks. His dad is a diplomat, so he could have pulled some strings to keep Pierre from fearing the INS. Unless Pierre was working on becoming a citizen, I can’t think of a solid reason why Pierre isn’t back in France or has been deported back to France.

I’ve got a better idea: no Donna-Pierre wedding. Let him solve his “problem” (see the post by [NAME REDACTED] above) on his own, like a big boy.

With the Eurozone, he can move around a lot more of Europe than just France, and do so easily. Aside from his sister, I can’t imagine what would keep him in LA anyway.

How does Mona know she didn’t die in the first wedding, and is now residing in limbo?

Yes, I said limbo, and not he!!. The devil wants to keep his job, though I can’t imagine why.

    Again? Donna was married before?

It must have been before I started reading C la V.

Guess I’ll have to search the archives.

Donna almost got married but ran away in her wedding gown. Those were good times. I only see more fun to come in this “wedding” of Pierre and Donna. Get into their wacky world, People! Also for a really crazy story go back toMarch 10 2005 when their uncle Maurice died and they had to go to New York City to bury him and take care of his estate.
