Trump is holding his first fundraisers this week, including a $25,000-per-ticket dinner Wednesday in Los Angeles.
For every check he solicits — and donors can give almost $450,000 apiece — the first $5,400 goes to Trump’s primary and general election campaign accounts. The rest is spread among the RNC and 11 state parties.
Trump also first denied to the AP that he is raising any money for the primary. Despite Trump’s comments to the AP that he would have carried on self-funding if not for the RNC, in other media interviews he has expressed a reluctance to sell buildings or other assets to pay for a costly general election.
Try as hard as they might, the Republican voters have spoken. A racist misogynist liar who advocates war crimes is who they identify with. It isn’t that far of a stretch, they elected a Bush 3 times.
HIs disgusting hijacking of the “Rolling Thunder” event for his political campaign, and egocentric B.S. Infuriated me, and should have enraged all who see his absolute hyporcrisy so clearly on display. Narcissus was a self-hater by comparison.
Don’t count your chickens …?“In Virginia, there was a stunning turnout in the Republican primary on March 1. More than three times the number of primary voters in 2012 came to the polls, a total of 1,025,452.
Of that total, 18.6 percent, or 190,734, were regular primary voters. But they were swamped by voters who usually only participate in general elections. That group made up 72.1 percent of the Republican primary electorate in Virginia. Younger voters who weren’t eligible for previous elections and those who moved into the state made up 3.6 percent.
Only 5.7 percent of the more than 1 million primary voters were new voters. That’s a total of 58,450 new voters."

There are policy differences between Trump and Republicans/Fox “news” viewers?
Only that Trump’s campaign is, you know, self funded.
