I think he got the unicorn from Rainbow Brite.
He’s had to much catnip.
At least here he’s only leaving a rainbow trail. This is a great deal more believable than what we saw on 12/14/15 where he is seen actually riding his unicorn ON a rainbow. More power to Heathcliff fairyland.
I wouldn’t have thought Heathcliff could have gotten near a unicorn, considering the attribute you are supposed to have to be able to control one.
For those of who watch a show called Uncle Grandpa on Cartoon Network, he has a pet tiger that leaves a rainbow trail when she flies.
