I actually saw a kid at a garage sale who didn’t know what a rotary dial phone was, or how to use it.
I remember living on a farm when we had party lines. You would get a call (identified by the number of rings) and you could hear other people on the line pick up their phones and listen in. Yeah, I’m ninety.
