    But Mr. Rogers was also U.S. Navy Seal, combat-proven inVietnam with over twenty-five confirmed kills to his name. He wore a long-sleeved sweater on TV, to cover the many tattoos on his forearm and biceps. He was a master in small arms and hand-to-hand combat, able to disarm or kill in a heartbeat

    So it’s quite possible that during his tour of duty that this neighborhood could have been his doing!

    Apparently a couple of you have no children. Pity. My kids grew up watching Mr. Rogers. So did I! One of the greatest ever! And you learned many things from his shows! He would take us into the world of places of business, manufacturers, etc. and show us how things were made and how the process worked. Great man, yes he was! And he preached acceptance and tolerance.
