Nice, but too fussy. The best way to have a good bar experience is to get a bottle of rot gut whiskey, drink straight from the bottle, then set the bottle down within easy reach so you can have another slug when your vision clears a bit or in case of a bar fight.

nothing worse than a metal martini glass. I’d rather have it in a beer stein.
