So some country in Europe just embedded the traffic signals in the sidewalk so people wont have to look up at intersections. I’m not sure who the bigger moron is. The person with their nose buried deep in their smartphone or the person who thought up the idea of embedding the traffic lights. What’s next, an App that warns you that the lights have changed!

It’s a single city, in Germany. In China some cities have separate side walks/lanes in the side walk for phone users.
