I’d blame the contractors on that house for not known there there was a hole or sink hole or something.
I looked at a house like that in North Carolina. I didn’t buy it. I wonder if it’s still standing?

It will become a game of teeter-totter when they are inside.
I know, weight wise it’s probably negligible; but, if I was the owner, I wouldn’t be leaning out a hole-side window (stressing the grounded foundation even more than the weight of the house on that side is doing already).
a real estate person tried to see me one in Willowick OH…2 weeks later it slid down the cliff into Lake Erie!!!! snicker
Acme Realty, huh? Wonder if the Roadrunner and the Coyote have stakes in this sale …
